These Terms of Service govern your use of the House of Adam website and your purchase of products from House of Adam. By placing an order or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

House of Adam is the registered Idaho Assumed Business Name of Adam Hale, an individual owner. House of Adam is not an LLC, corporation, partnership, or other separate legal entity.

2. Where we sell

At this time, House of Adam sells only to customers in the United States.

3. Products

House of Adam offers original photography prints and apparel. Products are made to order: production begins after you place your order. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product at the price shown at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. Applicable sales tax, if any, and your order total, including any applicable fees, are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Accepted payment options are shown to you at checkout.

5. Production, shipping, returns, and cancellations

Production times, shipping estimates, and instructions for cancellations, changes, and returns are described in our Shipping Policy and our Refund and Returns Policy, which are part of these Terms. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately, as described in those policies.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account, order, and shipping information, and for using this website lawfully. You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting fraudulent orders, or infringing the rights of House of Adam or others.

7. Intellectual property

The original photography, designs, and written content created for House of Adam, along with the House of Adam name and branding, are owned by Adam Hale and are protected by applicable intellectual property law, except for any third-party content or content used with permission, which remains the property of its respective owner. Purchasing a product gives you the right to personal use and enjoyment of that product. It does not give you any right to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this content, except as expressly permitted in writing.

8. Production partners

Some products are produced and shipped with the help of third-party production partners. House of Adam remains responsible for your order and your customer experience. If you have a question or concern about an order, please contact House of Adam directly rather than a production partner.

9. Warranties and limitation of liability

Products are provided as described, subject to the remedies set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, House of Adam disclaims other warranties and limits its liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of a product. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law applicable to you provides otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent update. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of a material change. Please review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.
