Shipping Policy

At this time, House of Adam ships within the United States only.

House of Adam currently offers free Economy shipping for photography within the United States. Apparel shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. Express shipping is not currently offered.

Every order is made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days before an order ships. Shipping time is separate from, and in addition to, production time.

Once your photography order ships, Economy shipping typically takes 1 to 5 business days in transit. Apparel delivery estimates are shown at checkout and vary by destination and item.

This transit window begins once your order ships, not when it is placed. All production and shipping timeframes shown here and at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Current shipping availability and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and control for your specific order.

If your order includes both photography and apparel items, they may be produced by different production partners. In that case, your items may arrive in separate packages, on different dates, and with separate tracking numbers.

Tracking availability and update frequency can vary depending on the carrier and shipping method used for your order.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, is returned as undeliverable, or goes unclaimed, any reshipment cost is your responsibility. If your order is subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges, those charges are also your responsibility, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If your order does not arrive by its estimated delivery date, please contact us as soon as that estimate passes, and no later than 14 calendar days after the estimated delivery date, at universe.of.adam@gmail.com.
